Me(t)ta Sangha is a space for a growing community of World Servers and those whom they serve.

Consultation Sessions: All of our conflicts and inhibitions are, ultimately, temporary energies. As you talk about what you sense is holding you back, we will help you process and integrate the energy at the root of these various themes so that you can embody your true nature. We also teach meditation in one-on-one settings.
